About Training Academy
Group Services in Demant consists of IT, Finance and HR and plays an important role in supporting the development and delivery of high quality hearing health care solutions to people with a hearing loss. As part of HR, our Training Academy executes strategic initiatives in Demant within people and leadership development. The team consists of 5 dedicated colleagues.
One strategic initiative for Training Academy is to use Fuse Universal globally in Demant (a learning experience platform) to support the Demant organization in exploiting new ways of learning and developing our colleagues around the world.
Training Academy is the product owner and driver of the adoption of Fuse Universal and we are still in the beginning of our journey.
Your main task will be to set the overall direction for learning transformation and development in Demant. As well as ensuring a successful implementation and adoption of digital projects in the Demant business areas you will gather, leverage, and continuously improve existing best practices and models.
Together with the team in Training Academy and our Fuse partners from the business areas you will find the right solutions to meet the organizational needs and define what success looks like. You will also function as the single point of contact in all learning transformation related questions.
You will have a personal impact on the learning and development agenda in Demant and have a unique opportunity to work closely with many different stakeholders.
You have deep knowledge in learning, and you keep your knowledge sharp by following the newest research and trends. You are an outgoing achiever with solid experience in digital learning mindset, solutions and systems. You are experienced in building impactful learning experiences in a global company and you are used to working with complex stakeholder groups and know how to bring your change toolbox to good use when creating a culture change.
Ideally, you have
- Degree in learning, HR, digital solutions etc.
- 3+ years of experience with digital learning and development
- Relevant experience with developing and implementing training solutions in a global and preferable also regulated organization
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems, preferable Fuse Universal
- Experience with digital training delivery methods and tools (e-learning, virtual reality etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbally and in written/presentations)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
