Did you know that we are introducing new products in our supply chain every 6 months? Can you secure that our products, Production and Supply Chain are ready for Launch in a timely manner? Do you consider yourself a skilled Project Manager with experience in supply chain – then we would very much like to hear from you!
Our mission is clear: We want hearing impaired to be able to experience the sounds of life. This is the foundation for everything we do.
Within New Product Introduction we have a team of Senior Project Managers. The PM-team is responsible for introduction of new products into the supply chain, including making the supply chain is ready for the products. Our products are based on IC-, hardware and firmware platforms, supported by software products. And with your sharp eye and solid understanding of a complex R&D development cycle, your job is to ensure all deliverables are ready at time of launch. Continuous Improvement is part of our genes, meaning you will also work with developing our processes for introducing new products.
You may have familiarized yourself with our product portfolio off the webpages of Oticon, Oticon Medical, Bernafon, and Sonic? We work under the regulatory requirements of ISO13485/FDA 21 CFR Part 820/MDSAP-regulations where the PM-team are responsible for the Design Transfer process.

As your stakeholders are spread globally, a certain amount of travelling can be expected approx. 20 days per year, once things have normalized.
