The Demant Group has over the last years established a global operating model across the value chain. We are working in a unique organizational setup where business representatives and IT professionals from all over the world are working closely together in a Global Program. Through this program, we are defining, implementing and supporting the solution based on Dynamics AX 2012 R3.


The role


Joining us you will manage the daily support and guide our stakeholders in utilizing best-practice solutions. You will be a trusted colleague and solution advisor for our wholesale companies located across Europe. In your role, you will be facilitating complex problem solving to enhance and ensure the right use of business application platforms and processes. You will translate and address issues coming from support to the solution architects who makes the integrations.  


You will primarily work within Dynamics AX 2012 Sales, Logistics and Procurement.


The team is located at the headquarters in the Copenhagen area, where you are offered to be part of the Global Solution Support team, anchored in our ATLAS Global Business Excellence organization.  

There will be around 20-30 travel days every year.



 Your profile


We expect you to have an educational background as a B.Sc. / M.Sc. within IT or international business. Also, your work experience has given you a substantial understanding of business processes across the entire wholesale value chain.


You can either be, as follows:


  • Experienced within Dynamics AX 2012
  • Dynamics AX Application Consultant ready to move into an Application Support role
  • Business supporter or a superuser with flair for IT that is ready to move into an Application support role
