Hello! My name is Anders Lynge Dissing, and I started as a Finance Graduate at Demant in 2021. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Project Management (HA Pro.) and a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting (Cand.merc. FIR) both from CBS.

The major reason that I applied to the graduate programme at Demant was the opportunity to experience various departments in an innovative and fastmoving company, and thereby finding out exactly what I find the most interesting before settling down in a permanent position. Furthermore, the graduate programme is a perfect match with the ambitions in my professional life.

My first rotation was in Treasury & Cash Management at the headquarter. In this department the focus is on optimizing the liquid funds, hedging various risks (for example currency and interest), analyzing financial income and expenses, and reporting the opportunities and consequences of, for example, raising/lowering the debt level to the top management. My first tasks in the department revolved around optimizing various Excel models to extract more information out of the same data, while at the same time making the process less time consuming.

When I am not at work, I enjoy playing golf, which I however am not very good at, but it is a fantastic way of relaxing and spending time with friends.
