Hi, my name is Anne Sofie, and I am the 2023 Global Business Graduate. I hold both a Bsc and Msc in Mathematics-Economics from Aarhus University, where I also had a semester abroad in Norway. In the master, I specialized in national economy and took several electives that accommodated my interest in data science and econometrics.
I moved to Copenhagen in August 2023 to join the programme in September. The reason I decided to join the Graduate Programme and Demant was because of the great personal and professional opportunities it offers. Both with regards to getting an insight into different aspects and areas of the business through the rotations as well as the focus on personal growth. Furthermore, I chose Demant due to their values and impact in the world, the work culture, and all the positive interactions I had with the people from the company.
My first rotation is in the Commercial Excellence department in Hearing Care (retail), where I am part of a project on designing and rolling out a new reporting tool to our retail stores around the world.
In my free time, when I am not on my bike commuting to work or sports, you will find me playing volleyball, reading a book, knitting while watching TV with my roommates, or socializing with friends.
