Hi, my name is Camilla, and I am one of the 2023 IT graduates within the track of an IT Business Analyst. I have a Master’s degree in Digital Innovation and Management (cand.it) from IT University of Copenhagen, where I graduated in June 2023.
I applied for the Demant Graduate Programme for two significant reasons. Firstly, I had heard a lot of positive things about Demant's company culture and its employees, and I can confirm that it lives up to my expectations! Secondly, the Graduate Programme provides a unique opportunity to explore various business areas and discover one’s true passions. The Programme also offers a position with a focus on steep learning curves and personal development. And maybe one of the most important things is that the Graduate Programme allows you to be part of a network with fellow young people, where everyone is sharing and learning together.
Currently, I am in my first rotation in the Customer Facing Solutions department, where I am supporting the Salesforce project. It is a big project involving the rollout of Salesforce to all countries within Demant. I have never worked with Salesforce before, so the learning curve is steep, making it a highly interesting project to be a part of. I get the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders from both the business and development area, encompassing stakeholder management, change management, and hands-on technical experience with the Salesforce system. And my colleagues at Demant have warmly welcomed me and entrusted me with responsibilities in the project.
Outside the office I enjoy running and spend time with my boyfriend, friends, and family.
