Hi, my name is Christoffer, and together with Rikke, I am part of the 2025 Global Business Graduate Programme at Demant. I hold both a BSc and MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen with a specialization in Finance. Throughout my academic journey, I have explored a wide range of subjects, from core economics courses such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics, to courses focused on business and finance. It was my passion for the latter that inspired me to apply for the Global Business Graduate Programme.
As I was completing my studies, I reflected on where to begin my professional journey. I chose to join the Graduate Programme at Demant because of the unique combination of professional development and personal growth opportunities it provides. The rotations offer a chance to gain insights into different parts of the business, while also ensuring that the skills you develop in one rotation can be applied and built upon in the next. In addition, the Graduate Programme provides a strong workplace culture, ambitious colleagues, and the opportunity to truly make a difference in people’s lives.
My first rotation is in the Commercial Excellence department within Hearing Care (retail). This rotation focuses on where data is generated and provides an excellent opportunity to sharpen my technical and analytical skills, while also contributing to the success of the team.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am passionate about bouldering and climbing, and I also follow football closely, especially my favorite team, Arsenal.
