My name is Frede, and I joined Demant as a Finance Graduate in September 2023. I am originally from Jutland but moved to Copenhagen in 2018 to study BSc. in International Business at CBS.
Towards the end of my Master’s Programme, I decided to pursue a role as graduate because of the flexibility to learn about different positions in Finance. I ended up applying to Demant's Graduate Programme because the company specializes in something that is fundamentally good for people, but also because the Programme, to me, seemed unique in the flexibility in choosing rotations.
My first rotation in Finance is within Group Tax, which I chose to give myself a challenge and a steep learning curve from the beginning. I have definitely not been disappointed, and I have been very included in the majority of projects in the department from day 1. People have been incredibly nice and welcoming, and I feel privileged to be part of both the Graduate Programme and Demant in general.
