Hi, I’m Harald Gustav Falk-Sørensen, and I’m part of the 2024 graduate programme at Demant, where I’ve joined the commercial track. I hold a BSc in Business Administration and Organisational Communication and an MSc in Sales Management, both from Copenhagen Business School. During my studies, I also had the opportunity to complete an exchange semester at Luiss University in Rome, Italy.
I applied for the graduate programme at Demant as it offers a unique chance to work with an international company that has a meaningful impact on people’s daily lives. Having lived, studied, and worked in different countries, I really value the global exposure and diverse perspectives that this programme provides.
One of the primary reasons I chose Demant was the culture and people I encountered during the interview process and assessment center. From the start, everyone I met was incredibly welcoming, down-to-earth, creating a warm and supportive environment. This sense of openness and friendliness made me feel that Demant truly values its people and has a collaborative and inclusive work culture, which strongly resonated with me.
What particularly attracted me to the programme was the opportunity to rotate through various business areas. This structure will allow me to take on significant responsibility while gaining valuable, hands-on experience across different facets of the company. I believe this will provide a well-rounded understanding of the business and offer excellent opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Additionally, the chance to work in the hearing aid industry, where innovations can directly improve people’s quality of life, is something I find particularly rewarding.
