Janne Kildahl Brouer
Education: MSc in Economics and Business Administration (International Business), Copenhagen Business School.
Hi! My name is Janne, and I am Global Business Graduate at Demant. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Clayton State University, Atlanta, USA, and a Master’s degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School. Throughout my studies, I explored various interesting topics, including international marketing, strategy, and sustainability.
I decided to join Demant and the Graduate Programme because it was a great opportunity for me, both personally and professionally. First, the nature of the Graduate Programme gives me an opportunity to experience various departments through different rotations, thereby supporting my interest in building a holistic understanding of the business and exploring areas that I find the most interesting. Second, it truly motivates me to work for a company that offers life-changing and innovative solutions to people all over the world. Third, with Demant being such a global company, it gives me great international exposure and offers a broad range of international opportunities. Finally, the Graduate Programme allows me to be part of a network with young, likeminded people, making the transition into a full-time position a lot smoother.
In my first rotation, I am supporting a project within Commercial Analytics, focusing on a data intelligence platform that will support analytics and reporting in Hearing Care (retail) going forward. Only a month into my first rotation, I have already been on my first business trip to New Jersey, US. This gives me a great feeling of being part of such a global company.
Outside the office, I enjoy playing football in Østerbro IF and socializing with friends at dinner parties, boardgame nights, or a night out in Copenhagen.
