Hi! My name is Mads and I am the Finance Graduate from the 2025 batch. 

I am originally from a small town just outside of Roskilde and I moved to Copenhagen to study European Business at CBS. After completing my bachelor’s degree, I pursued a master’s in Finance and Strategic Management. During my time at CBS, I had the opportunity to go on exchange to both the US and Austria. These experiences gave me a broader perspective and confirmed my interest in working in an international setting. I also noticed that finance was the main interest by the fact that five out of six of my electives ended up being finance-related. However,  I wasn’t entirely sure which branch of finance would suit me best.  That’s exactly why Demant’s Graduate Programme stood out. With four rotations across different departments within finance and the opportunity to go abroad, it offers the perfect environment to explore, learn, and grow.

My first rotation is in Group Business Finance, where I’m currently supporting the budgeting process. It’s been a great way to dive into the complexity of a global organization with many entities, and I’ve already gained valuable insights. What’s made the experience even better is the culture — both within my team and among the graduates. It’s a truly supportive and inspiring environment.
