Hi, my name is Oliver, and I am part of the 2025 IT Graduate batch at Demant. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Digital Business (cand.merc.(digital business)) from Copenhagen Business School, where I graduated in May 2025.
I chose the Demant Graduate Programme because I am curious and not yet certain which IT area I want to specialize in. The programme gives me the opportunity to explore different tracks, try out various roles, and discover where I can contribute the most and have the best time doing it. I was also motivated by Demant’s global outlook and strong focus on learning and development, as the programme is designed to strengthen both personal and professional growth. Another motivation was the chance to take on a rotation abroad. During my studies I went on exchange, and that experience taught me a lot, so I look forward to the possibility of doing something similar at Demant.
Currently, I am in EPIS (Enterprise Platforms, Infrastructure & Security), where my first rotation is in IT Service Management. Here I am working on digitalizing a new platform, which gives me the chance to work hands-on with the systems and engage with different stakeholders.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, and I am always up for a side quest whether that means a spontaneous trip, a festival, or just trying something new.
