Hi, my name is Rikke, and I am one of the two new Global Business Graduates at Audika (Hearing Care). I recently completed an MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy, Organization & Leadership. Before that, I earned a BSc in Business Administration and Project Management. Throughout my studies, I gained experience across different companies and departments, working in Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, and most recently, Management Consulting.
I joined the Demant Graduate Programme because I see it as a unique opportunity to kickstart my career by exploring different roles, building a strong cross-functional network, and gaining valuable international experience in a local market. I have already been warmly welcomed by many colleagues, which has reassured me that I made the right choice - both personally and professionally.
My first rotation is in Marketing Analytics under Global Marketing, where I will be supporting data analysis for global marketing initiatives. I hope this will provide me with a strong foundation in understanding the industry, the business, and the way we work at Audika.
Outside of work, I enjoy leading an active lifestyle by running, going to the gym, or engaging in other physical activities. I also love traveling whenever I get the chance, which makes the Global Business Graduate Program especially exciting for me, as it includes an international rotation.
