Hi, my name is Teresa and I’m the 2021 Engineering graduate. I am originally from Rome, Italy but I have been living abroad since I was 16. I completed my Bachelor and Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Glasgow with a one-year exchange in Canada, at the University of British Columbia.

I first moved to Copenhagen in 2020 to write my Master thesis at the Eriksholm Research Centre, part of Oticon. Motivated by my interest in the hearing health sector and the incredible experience I had during my internship, I decided to apply for Demant’s graduate programme. I had high expectations, and I’m happy to say that so far the programme has exceeded all of them. My first rotation was in the department of Quality where I worked on numerous projects including new quality introduction, explorative testing, sustainability project management and software benchmarking.

After work you can most likely find me doing some physical activities. Boxing, cycling, swimming, running... I never say no to sport!
