Graduate Programme

The Graduate Programme at Demant offers you a unique opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. You will join us in creating life-changing differences through hearing health to millions of people worldwide.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2022, we offer seven different tracks: Finance, Global Business, Commercial Excellence, Audiology, IT, Operations, and Legal. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.

During your rotations, you will get hands-on experience with different projects that allow you to utilize and build on your knowledge and skills. This will provide you with a broad understanding of our business and a strong network of people across functions.

You will plan your rotations together with your Host Manager to enhance your professional and personal development as much as possible. We are a global company; therefore, all tracks are designed with an international perspective. Many of our graduates have also had the opportunity to go abroad for one or more rotations.

Our expectations will be high, and you will be given real tasks and responsibilities with high exposure from day one. We believe this is the best way to kick-start your career and after successfully completing the programme, you will continue your career in Demant, either in Denmark or abroad.

  1. Send your application before 9 January
    Go to the job ad of the specific track you want to apply for and upload your updated CV, your answer to the question “What will a great day as a graduate at Demant look like for you?” and your master diploma, if you already have it at hand.

  2. Reviewing your application
    Once the application deadline has passed, our talent acquisition consultants and hiring managers will screen all applicants. Regardless of the outcome of your application, you will always receive an update from us.

  3. Video interviews
    The candidates chosen to move on in the process, will be invited for video interviews. Our Graduate Programme Manager will ask you to answer two questions on video and send back to us. This will take place on 12 January to 16 January.

  4. Assessment Center
    We then choose candidates from the video interviews to join us for our assessment center, which is a day full of challenges and teamwork at our headquarters in Smørum, Denmark. If you live abroad, we will cover your transportation and accommodation. The assessment center will take place on 26 January.

  5. Interviews
    The final candidates will be invited for an in-depth interview with the hiring manager and one of our talent acquisition consultants. Before the interview, you will be asked to complete a logical and personality assessment online, which we will use as a point of departure for the conversation with you. After the interviews, the chosen candidates will be offered a contract to join us in the Graduate Programme at Demant from 1 September 2022.
